Walnut Estate members will now have the option to receive virtual notices. This would include information about yearly meetings, irrigation turn on/shut off, etc. This is something you would need to opt into. The form to opt in is under the forms tab titled, “Walnut Estates HOA Virtual Notice Opt In”. If you do not wish to opt in to virtual notices, no action is required.
HOA Board Nomination
Walnut Estates HOA board positions will be vacated by the current board January 25, 2025. The nomination forms will be mailed out next week. If you would like to volunteer, please complete the mailed form and send it back. Alternatively, you can complete the online form titled “Walnut Estates HOA 2025 Board Nominations” under the forms tab.
