Walnut Estates HOA

The Palisade Irrigation District website indicates that irrigation water will be turned off next Friday, October 24th. Although the Palisade Irrigation District will be turning the water on and off for maintenance purposes between October 24 and 31, all residents should turn off their water not later than October 24th. HOA homeowners can turn their water valve off earlier than the 24th, if they choose, and have your system blown out prior to that as well. But, if you do, be sure to follow the instructions on the HOA website (Documents – Walnut Estates HOA) regarding water valve position for the winter. If you have questions, please contact a member of our Irrigation Team. Their contact info is listed on the HOA website.

THE IRRIGATION WATER FOR OUR HOA WILL BE TURNED OFF ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 22ND, FROM 7:30 AM TO APPROXIMATELY 10 AM IN ORDER TO FACILITATE A REPAIR. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT A MEMBER OF THE IRRIGATION TEAM LISTED ON THIS WEBSITE.

The repair has been completed and the water is back on.

DUE TO A NECESSARY REPAIR, THE HOA’S IRRIGATION WATER WILL BE TURNED OFF ON FRIDAY, MAY 23RD, BEGINNING AT 8 AM. WE ANTICIPATE IT WILL BE OFF FOR A FEW HOURS. WE WILL UPDATE THIS NOTICE WHEN THE WATER HAS BEEN TURNED BACK ON.

We’ve had a pipe break and the HOA irrigation water will be off until tomorrow (Sunday, April 13th) afternoon.

Hello Walnut Estates,

We’ve received a call from a member of our ACC. They received an email identifying themselves as Bear (our HOA president) and was contacted to buy eBay gift cards as a “surprise gift” for the board. The email used was president6986@gmail.com and this is a SCAM. The member will be reporting this to the police.

If you receive any contact like this, please report it to the police. The HOA email address is walnutestateshoagj@gmail.com. Additionally, all board personal contact information is listed under the contacts page. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Walnut Estate members will now have the option to receive virtual notices. This would include information about yearly meetings, irrigation turn on/shut off, etc. This is something you would need to opt into. The form to opt in is under the forms tab titled, “Walnut Estates HOA Virtual Notice Opt In”. If you do not wish to opt in to virtual notices, no action is required.
