HOA REMINDERS

Fellow Homeowners,

As the growing and outdoor season swing into full force, the HOA Board would like to share two reminders:

1.    YARDS – Please keep your yards attractive, mowed (if applicable) and weed-free throughout the growing season, out of consideration for your neighbors and in accord with our CC&Rs (Article VII, Section 3).

2.   TRASH CANS – Trash cans must be stored either behind a fence or in the garage and should be returned to their storage location the same day the trash is collected (Article VII, Section 10).
